HARDW 1)As the Range Office is situated in the First Floor and only one  printer is connected  for  ACES in the Second Floor (In Divisional Office). The  Range staff have to visit second floor  to ascertain the status of print out.  Hence it is requested that printers (ACES) may be  provided for all the   five  Range Offices of this Division. 1005
HARDW 2)Air conditioner for the server room may be provided as advised by ACES Technician. 1005
HARDW DGS Comments: This is a Local Issue. Hence, this may be sorted out at Commissionerate  level.    1005
HARDW (v)              Very often unable to get connectivity to the server.  Response of the system is very slow.  While working in the ACES module, the server gets disconnected suddenly and it takes a long time to get reconnected.                                                   1023

HARDW 1.    The network connectivity of ACES software is very slow, and sometimes it does not open for days, particularly during the peak period 8th to 12th of every month. 1043
